Review Novel : The Count of Monte Cristo

The story begins with a handsome young sailor who married with a beautiful young woman, Mercedes. He also soon to be the captain a of a ship. His success makes his enemies jealousy. He was accused of being a member of Napoleon. Then, he spends fourteen years in prison. He has bestfriend in prison, Abbe Faria who teaches him numerous languages and sciences, and give him map of treasure on the island of Monte Cristo. Finally, the story tell about how Edmon Dante take a revenge.

I thinks The count of Monte Cristo is an romantic novel. The story also talk about jealousy, revenge, hope, loyalty, love and friendship. I think introduction every character in this novel is not very important. And this novel use third person. Part of the story that I like is when Dantes escape from the prison and the carefully take a revenge.
