There has one statement that a young and single man with a good income must be needing a wife.  A young man moves there, and mrs. Bannet heard the nearby estate, Netherfield Park, was rented by Bingley. Bingley is a single man with a large fortune four or five thousand a year. She talk to her husband that Bingley will marry one of her daughter, Jane, Elizabeth, Mary, Catherine, and Lydia, and her husband must call on him. Mr. Bingley attended the next ball. He come with his two sisters, the husband of the eldest sister, Mr. Hurst and another young man, Mr. Darcy. Mr. Darcy draw most of the attention. Mr.Bingley urged his friend to join in the fun. Elizabeth Bannet is sitting down just behind him but he just stands alone.  Darcy thinks that Elizabeth is tolerable but not pretties enough to temp him. After that, Jane and Elizabeth were talking about the ball. Jane liked Mr. Bingley a great deal. The morning after the ball, the Bennets and the Lucases were gathered at Lucas Lodge. Everyone said about Mr. Darcy behaviour. And Elizabeth said that she should never dance with him.
