During
a few days Dante stayed in the jail cell. Dante was trying to prove that he was
innocent, but no one of those who believed. Dante was getting angry, they gave
food Dante, but Dante ate nothing. Dante asked for help to guard, to write a
letter to Mercedes. Dante would pay whatever they wanted, but the guards
laughed at him. Then Dante moved to the dungeon. The months turned into
years, ten years past and Dante was angry. Dante was angry because he knew
nothing of what happened on the outside. Dante felt very sad and missing
mercedes. He did not know what happened to Mercedes. And also Mercedes did not
know what happened to Dantes. And for the first time Dante lost hope for free.
He was crying and lamenting the fate. He did not eat, he did not drink, and he
was getting worse.
