Pride and Prejudice: Three Married Daughters

        Lady Catherine visited Elizabeth and she want to see Elizabeth alone. She looked very angry because she heard that Elizabeth were engaged to her nephew, Mr. Darcy. Lady Catherine want Elizabeth made promises would never engaged with Mr. Darcy. But Elizabeth didn’t. After that, Bingley and Dacy came to visit. Darcy told her how much he cared for her. Elizabeth told him if she was afraid when he proposed at the first time. And now, Elizabeth knew that she fell in love with him. Elizabeth accepted Mr. Darcy. Elizabeth told Jane and then her Father. They couldn’t believe because Elizabeth was hate Mr. Darcy when they met at the first time. When Elizabeth told her mother of the engagement, she was so happy. After Elizabeth’s marriage, her father missed her very much. Jane and Bingley were leave at Netherfield a year and then moved to Derbyshire. Jane and Elizabeth were now only 30 miles apart, they were so happy.



Pride and Prejudice: Lydia’s Return

           Mr. Bennet received a letter from Mr. Gardiner. Mr. Gardiner told that he found them both and they weren’t yet married. Lydia’s want one hundred pounds a year. Mr. Bennet was sad but her wife was so happy. Because her daughter would be married. Lydia married at sixteen. Mr. Gardiner wrote a letter to say the marriage would take place in a few days. Wickham would be joining the army and they would be moving north. Wickham and Lydia want to visit the family before they left. When Lydia came to the family, she was the same as ever. She was noisy, wild and fearless. Then, Lydia was telling Elizabeth and Jane about her wedding would be at the church at eleven o’clock and she told that Mr. Darcy could have taken his place. Elizabeth was shocked. Then, Elizabeth wrote a letter for her aunt and she asked why Mr. darcy had been at Lydia’s wedding. Her aunt reply that mr. Darcy want to help Elizabeth. Darcy was able to find out where Wickham and Lydia were staying and he was paying for everything. Mrs. Bennet heard news that Bingley was returning to Netherfield Hall. Mr. Bingley came to visit the Bennet with Mr. Darcy. When Jane and Bingley were alone, he proposed. Jane was so happy and this is the end of all Darcy’s worrying and Caroline’s lies.

Pride and Prejudice: A Family Scandal

           Elizabeth had two letter from Jane on the same day. The letter was about Lydia. Lydia had eloped with Wickham. Lydia and Wickham had been married at all. The Colonel Forster said to Jane that Wickham wasn’t a man to be trusted. Colonel Foster and Father were in London trying to find them. And Jane want me to return home. When she finished reading, she cried and Mr. Darcy stepped inside. He was shocked about her pale face. Elizabeth told to Darcy what’s happened about Lydia. Darcy hardly seemed to hear her. Now Elizabeth understood her own feelings. She realized how much she could have loved him. When, she arrived at home, Elizabeth saw her mother in bed. In the next day, Jane showed Elizabeth the letter Lydia had written to Mrs. Forster. It was about Lydia would be married with Wickham. The next letter they received was from Mr. Gardiner. He told that Wickham had left Brighton. He owed more than a thousand pounds. Mr. Bannet was in a bad mood when he returned home. Elizabeth tried to comfort him, but he was to blame and he wasn’t afraid about Lydia.


Pride and Prejudice: Elizabeth Changes Her Mind

           Elizabeth told Jane everything except about Bingley. Elizabeth didn’t want to hurt Jane. Lydia was invited to Brighton to stay with Mrs. Forster, the young wife of the regiment’s colonel. Elizabeth was afraid about Lydia. She worried that her sister would become even wilder when she was alone and away from home. Elizabeth advised her father not to let Lydia go to Brighton. But, her father only laughed at her and let Lydia go to Brighton. Elizabeth travelled to many parts of Derbyshire with the Gardiners. Then, her aunt, Mrs. Gardiner want to visit Pemberly, the Darcy estate. The possibility of meeting Mr. Darcy made Elizabeth blush. Mrs. Gardiner said to Elizabeth that Darcy would be away from Pemberly for the summer. It was a large building. The housekeeper let them to walk around the house. When they finished looking at the house, they walked outside. Elizabeth saw a young man came around the corner, it was Mr. Darcy. Elizabeth was surprise. Darcy and Elizabeth blushed and stared at each other. Before leaving, Elizabeth told Darcy that she’d not expected him to be at Pemberly. Then, Darcy told Elizabeth that he want to introduce her to his sister. The next day, Mr. Darcy and his sister came to visit Elizabeth at the inn. Giorgiana Darcy was a great to meet Elizabeth. After going to bed that night, Elizabeth tried to describe how she felt about Mr. Darcy. When the first time they were meet, Elizabeth was dislike Mr. Darcy. And now, she felt very grateful and she thought that she fell in love with him.

Pride and Prejudice: A Letter for Elizabeth

                Elizabeth met Darcy in the park when she walked alone. Darcy gave her a letter. In the letter, he told her that Bingley didn’t know if Jane was in London. He didn’t find fault in the way her and Jane behave. But the behaviour of her mother and her younger sisters shows a total lack of propriety. He also told about Mr. Wickham if his story about Darcy was wrong. He gave money to Wickham for studying law but he spent it all on other things. Then, he didn’t know if Wickham was a friend of Darcy’s sister. Darcy believe that Wickham wanted revenge on me. After she read the letter she could hardly believe what she read. She decided to read the letter again. Elizabeth became ashamed of herself. She had been blind and prejudiced about both men. Now Elizabeth believed that Bingley had never known Jane was in London. Darcy’s letter cleared Bingley of all blame. And she felt shame for her younger sisters were foolish. A few days later, Elizabeth said goodbye to Miss de Bourge and Lady Catherine. She thought if she had accepted Darcy, how Lady Catherine would have reacted. When she leave Charlotte, she felt sad.




Pride and Prejudice: Darcy Admits the Truth

                Darcy and nephew of Lady Catherine’s, Colonel Fitzwilliam arrived at Charlotte’s when Elizabeth had been there for a fortnight. The next day, after they were meet, the colonel came to visit Elizabeth often, so did Darcy. Colonel talked about Mr. Bingley to Elizabeth. He talked if Darcy saved a friend of his from a bad marriage. Then, she returned to the house. She always thought Caroline was the one who separated Jane and Bingley and now, she thought Darcy separated Jane and Bingley. That evening, she said she was not well. Then, Elizabeth great surprise, Darcy came to her and asked about her health. Darcy told her that he love Elizabeth. He declared what his feel to her. Darcy fell in love with her since the first time they met. But when Elizabeth refused him, Darcy became pale with anger and he quickly left the house. Elizabeth felt too weak to stand. When she heard the carriage outside, she hurried to her room because she didn’t want to see Charlotte or anyone else.


Pride and Prejudice: Elizabeth Visits Charlotte

           Mrs. Gardiner, Elizabeth’s aunt gave Elizabeth some advice about don’t disappointed her father and she also talked about Mr. Wickham. Elizabeth will come to Charlotte in March. Sir William and his second-oldest daughter also come to Charlotte in March. Elizabeth got letters from Jane, she said that she didn’t hear anything about Bingley and if he had cared for her, he would have visited her long ago. Then March arrived, and Elizabeth left to visit Charlotte. On the way to Kent, she stopped in London to see Jane and the Gardiners and she asked her aunt about Jane was depressing. When she arrived, Charlotte welcomed her with great pleasure. Two days later they were invited to dine at Rosings, the estate of Lady Catherine. She advised Charlotte about managing her house, her cows, and her poultry. Then, Charlotte said if she didn’t agree if the younger ones are out before the elder ones are married. And it would be very hard in the younger ones. There was different argue between Lady Catherine and Elizabeth. 

Pride and Prejudice: Jane’s Disappointment

              Charlotte was very kind to Mr. Collins. She listened quietly to everything he had to say. One day, Jane got a letter from Caroline Bingley. Caroline’s letter said that her brother, Bingley likes Georgiana Darcy very much and she want to call Georgiana our sister. Elizabeth tried to convince her sister that Bingley really fell in love with her and Caroline want her to marry Caroline’s brother. The Bennets had agreed to dine with the Lucases. Charlotte was hoping that Collins would fall in love with her. And Charlotte was success to make it happened. The next morning, Collins declared his love to Charlotte. She worry was telling Elizabeth her news. When Elizabeth heard that she engaged to Collins she was happy. Jane didn’t hear news about Bingley for several weeks. Elizabeth didn’t believe Caroline’s hints that her brother was falling in love with Darcy’s sister. Now, Jane sure that Bingley had never loved her. At Christmas, Mrs. Bennet’s brother and his wife came to visit. Mr. Gardiner. Elizabeth told her aunt, Mrs. Gardiner about Bingley and Jane’s entire story. Then, Mrs. Gardiner invited Jane to come to London with them. Jane accepted her aunt’s invitation and could visit Caroline.


Pride and Prejudice: Wickham’s Story

               The story of Wickham made Elizabeth was shocking. Darcy and Wickham grew up in the same house, Wickham’s father was dead and Darcy’s father was a great man. He want help Wickham. Wickham said to Elizabeth that Darcy gave his money quite freely to the poor and he was a very thoughtful guardian of his sister and Lady Catherine, Darcy’s aunt expects her to marry Darcy. Jane shocked when she heard the story from Elizabeth. She thought there had some mistake. Two days later, Elizabeth went to Netherfield, she hope to find Wickham. But she heard from Denny that he wasn’t coming. Darcy looked uncomfortable when Elizabeth talked about Wickham. Bingley never even saw him until morning at Meryton. Jane said to Elizabeth that Darcy and Wickham was the same. That night, Collins spoke to Darcy without being introduced, Mrs. Bennet spoke long and loudly to Lady Lucas about Jane and Bingley would be married soon. Then, at the ball, Elizabeth’s youngest sister, Mary, sang for the guests but her voice was weak and her manner affected. The next day, Collins asked to speak to Elizabeth alone. Collins said that he want to marry with her. She refused Collins and her parents was shocked when they heard about it. Her mother will never see Elizabeth again if she don’t marry Collins.

Pride and Prejudice: A Visitor Arrives

                     Elizabeth was delighted to see Jane was well enough to leave her room for a few hours. There, Jane and Bingley talked, Caroline was read and Mrs. Hurst played with her rings and bracelets. Mr. Darcy read and he didn’t look up from his book until Caroline invited Elizabeth to walk about the room with her.  There was conversation between Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth that made he felt more attracted to Elizabeth than he ever wanted to. He fell in love with her. The next day, when the Bennet family was together, Mr. Bennet announced that his cousin, Mr. Collins was coming to visit for several days. Mr. Collins read letter to Mr. Bennet and this letter make him would forgive his cousin a little. Mr. Collins was a tall, overweight young man and his manners were very formal. He arrived in his house at four o’clock. When, they were dinner and Mr. Bennet had a conversation with him. Mr. Bennet found Mr. Collins completely absurd. Mr. Collins intended to marry one of them, Jane was his first choice. But Jane was likely to be engaged soon so he was choose Elizabeth. When, Mr. Collins walked in Meryton he met Mr. Denny. Mr. Denny introduced them to a man named Mr. Wickham, who’d recently joined their corps. Mr. Wickham was completely charming. Then, Darcy and Bingley were coming down. Darcy determined not to fix his eyes on Elizabeth, he suddenly noticed the stranger. Elizabeth saw Darcy and Wickham a glances. Darcy’s face had turned red, and Wickham’s had turned white. Elizabeth wondered what happened with Darcy and Wickham. She can’t imagine what happened with them.


Pride and Prejudice: Netherfield Hall

           Elizabeth could tell to Mr. Bingley that her sister was falling in love to him but Jane refused to show her feelings. So, Elizabeth mentioned this to Charlotte Lucas. Whenever Bingley was with her sister, Elizabeth watched closely. Meanwhile, there was one thing she failed to notice that Mr. Darcy was becoming interested in her when he saw Elizabeth was at Lucas Lodge. One morning, Jane was invited by Bingley’s sisters, Caroline and Louisa, to dine with them that evening. Jane asked her mother for the carriage but her mother said that she had better go on horseback and looks like it will be rain. She spent the night at Netherfield Hall and she is very ill. Elizabeth was worried because the family carriage was not available and she was not a horsewoman. She decided to walk but Catherine and Lydia volunteered. Elizabeth said goodbye to her sister at Meryton and went on alone until she arrived at Netherfield Hall. She saw her sister, Jane was ill with fever and headache. Then, Elizabeth was called to dinner and when dinner was over, she returned to Jane’s side. In out of the room, Mrs. Hurst and Caroline talked about Elizabeth that she come here shows that she loved her sister when her sister has a cold. The next morning, Mrs. Bennet, Catherine and Lydia came to visit jane. Elizabeth was embarrassed by Mrs. Bennet’s behavior because Mrs. Bennet compared about Jane’s beauty and good nature. She also compared Mr. Darcy friendlier than Sir William Lucas. Elizebeth was eager to have her sister well and more eager to leave.


Pride and Prejudice: A New Neighbor

             There has one statement that a young and single man with a good income must be needing a wife.  A young man moves there, and mrs. Bannet heard the nearby estate, Netherfield Park, was rented by Bingley. Bingley is a single man with a large fortune four or five thousand a year. She talk to her husband that Bingley will marry one of her daughter, Jane, Elizabeth, Mary, Catherine, and Lydia, and her husband must call on him. Mr. Bingley attended the next ball. He come with his two sisters, the husband of the eldest sister, Mr. Hurst and another young man, Mr. Darcy. Mr. Darcy draw most of the attention. Mr.Bingley urged his friend to join in the fun. Elizabeth Bannet is sitting down just behind him but he just stands alone.  Darcy thinks that Elizabeth is tolerable but not pretties enough to temp him. After that, Jane and Elizabeth were talking about the ball. Jane liked Mr. Bingley a great deal. The morning after the ball, the Bennets and the Lucases were gathered at Lucas Lodge. Everyone said about Mr. Darcy behaviour. And Elizabeth said that she should never dance with him.
